How will I receive buyer inquiries?

Every inquiry from a buyer reaches you instantly via WhatsApp, SMS, and email — and is also visible inside your Seller Dashboard. You'll see the buyer's name, phone, email, message, and the listing they're interested in. Premium-tier members also get lead verification calls by our concierge team to filter out non-serious inquiries.

Is my listing safe and verified?

Yes. Every seller goes through mobile OTP verification at signup. Premium and Platinum members carry a Verified Badge displayed on all their listings. Buyers see your concierge contact details, not your raw personal number — protecting your privacy while still allowing serious conversations to happen quickly.

I am a Platinum member, how do I get the refund?

Accepted Answer

Platinum members are eligible for an easy 50% refund of the base price (i.e., the pre-GST amount of your package) under our money-back commitment, subject to an integrity check against our terms. The 18% GST component is non-refundable as it has already been remitted to the government. Before processing, our team verifies that the villa hasn't been sold elsewhere, is still in your legal name, has no ongoing interior work, and isn't being rented out.
